Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default New toy for my birthday!

I'd been thinking about ordering one of the discounted 20ga turkey barrels from CVA to put on my Optima Elite. Apparently they drilled the holes a bit off that the sights mount to. I figure something can be done to remedy the problem. New holes drilled, put a scope on it, something. They are $60 marked down from $205 or something like that.

Well, I mentioned to my wife the other day that I may order one with birthday money, and when I came home from work the next day she handed me a receipt for it with Happy Birthday written on it. Good woman!

Do any of you have any experience with these barrels? I'm anxious to drop a tom with the Elite. We'll see how it works out.
