Default owl hooters

i have been looking for a owl hooter. the only thing i hav ever heard it called is a shot shell owl hooter. it is made with a shotgun shell. if anyone knows wher i could get one it would be very much appreciated.

Never heard of it. I use my voice and if feeling lazy a Palmer's Hoot Tube.

In my opinion, the Palmer's hoot tube is the best on the market. Look for one of those.

i appreciate the advice i also use my mouth, but im not good at the laughs thats why i want the shotshell one bc i hav seen them used & they r very realistic. can u make the laughs like owls make?

I now use my mouth but in the old days I had a wooden one that worked real well. I don't remember where I got or who made it since it was many years ago. Unfortunately I sat on it when it was in the vest and broke it. I haven't seen another like it but the toms always would answer it..

There are many good owl hooters on the market. I use the Zink Calls Nite Owl, its easy to run, has good volume, and will make locating that long beard that much easier.
