Default #2 in Tennessee

Got #2 yesterday morning. Don't yell for me killing a jake, they're my favorite food!! Worked this bird for 90 min. Came in Strutting all the way. Must have come 500 yds. Look at the color, looks like a Rio and it's here in the mountains of east Tennessee.

Sounds like he put on a show for you like he was a "Big" boy. You don't have to worry about me yelling at you for killing a jake, at least you have some meat for the table.. Plus you are one bird ahead of me.

Harvesting Any legal turkey is fun & exciting.
Nothing wrong with taking a jake.
