Primos Jelly Head choke

Hi,My question is,Can The Primos jelly head choke tube be used to shoot Hevi shot?
Because i think i have to change chokes for heavy shot,Cause the mossberg turkey choke says on it LEAD ONLY!

The Jellyhead is designed for hevier than lead loads. Not saying it won't shoot lead, but it shoots hevier than lead loads great. I've been using one for several years and have had great success with it using hevier than lead loads. The Rem. Wingmaster HD's really love the Jellyhead.

the Mossberg choke that came with the shotgun can be used with HeviShot 13, I myself had the same question and i called Mossberg they told me "yes"....But I then brought a Indian Creek Choke Tube, and I'm using HeviShot 13, 3.5", 2.25oz., in either #5 or #6 with great results, the #6 has a slight advantage
