Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default More choke talk... Hevi-Shot brand choke?

Ok, I'm getting on the pricey choke bandwagon. I gave some thought to buying a Jellyhead, but I'm seriously considering the Indian Creek judging from what you've all said. I was looking at the Hevi-Shot website and noticed that they've got a Hevi-13 choke tube out. I don't think I've seen anyone talking about that one on here (may have missed it). Do any of you have any experience with this one?

Where's the cheapest place you guys have found to order the IC?

And just to clarify before I buy, my Mossy 535 (same as 500) is compatible with a Browning Invector choke, right? They don't seem to ever put the 500 in their list.

Thanks-

rw

I bought my IC choke from midsouthshooterssupply.com for $62 however, I don't see one for a mossberg 535. Here's the link for the remington anyway.

The 500 series tube is the same as the Browining Invector. My buddy switches his all the time between his Browning and his son's 500.

If I was going to buy Ic choke I buy it right from them for this reason. First you can call them up ask them what size choke and shot will work best with your gun. Second if it don't pattern right they will swap out chokes and send a different size untill you get good pattern.
