one I photographed in early april last year, she came into the field with 2 normal colored hens, when they saw me walking towards them, they left the field. I walked up to this hen to 8 steps and took pictures.
When the breeze stopped and she heard the camera and my feet in the grass she started alarm putting, I made a couple real low clucks she settled down and went back to feeding. This makes me think that this hen was blind or nearly so, don't know if she made it or not, hopefully time will tell

Hey Ridge Runner, that obviously isn't a "smoke phase" Hen, is it an actual WILD bird?
I've never seen a true WHITE wild turkey... could it be a true albino or simply a domestic cross ???

have been around alot of domestic turkeys (we use to raise them for market) and domestic turkeys do not have pink legs. off white or light yellow yes, but not pink.
