Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default What decoys do you use?

I'm just wondering what type of turkey decoys people use? I use featherflex decoys but I am wondering how other company's decoys are, such as Primos brand? Thank you in advance.

DSD's are my favorite decoys... just nothing like 'em.

I also have had excellent success using the Pretty Boy strutter decoys.

I have some older Flambau's. I honestly don't use decoys alot. Mainly just 1st wk. in open areas. If do its a jake over a hen setup. I've found in past wiser toms often hang up when see decoys. They'll keep looking if don't see any, especially in the woods.

I've got some old Deltas. They work well enough.

old flambeaus jake and hen. out on every stand if i have time to set up. last year we (my brothers and i) all three killed turkeys over these dekes but we tucked the tail into the body of the jake and screwed a jake fan to the back of it. my youngest brother shot a tom at 4 yards that came in and strutted around with another tom for about 5 minutes. then the following day at a completely different spot my other brother and i shot a double. all three toms were big mature toms 22 pounds or higher 1 spurs and 10 inch beards

I have had success with the Primos Jake-Mobile, Swing'n Hen, and She Mobile. All come in a complete package.
