NY' s opener was good to me, and at 10:45am this rascal finally came into my calls. He went 23.3lbs, 9 3/4" beard and sharp 1" spurs!! But the rest of the season has been terrible!! I haven' t seen, heard, or had a gobbler in my sights since!!! Hopefully I can place a tag on bird #2 friday, since it will be my last attempt for the season!!!!
Damn that is some nice gobbler there paul. I hope you were care-ful when you picked that bad boy up. Those spurs look like they could put the damage incorporated stamp on ya!!!!
