Default First Bird

this moring i got out and had two jakes and a tom following a hen right by me and the tom got hung up about 60 yards away and the two jakes came in a i got em with my 10 gauge.

3 1/2 inch beard
1/4 inch spurs
and weighed 15 pounds

Congrats to you on your first bird.. I have yet to try and get one. I will try it out next week as we have until June 6th up here. My nephew got his first bird yesterday as well. It was around 15 yardsfrom him and it went 16 pounds with 3/4 inch spurs with a 9 inch beard.. After looking at it up closeI decided I have got ot try it now..
