Ontario is still open till the end of May, and cheap - $24, same price for res and non-resident.
Problem is you need an outdoors card, that means a hunters safety course and a Turkey specific course.
You won't get everything you need b4 season closes, but maybe get on it for next year, we do have birds!

Vermont is open until the end of May but non res hunting licenses are $90. with $25 extrafor3 turkey tags. (2 bearded spring and one any sex fall bird).
