Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Team 9 Across the Mile' s Team

Hi team, I' m not going to brag that we are going to win because anybody that does get a bird in my book is a winner. So that out of the way are we going to pick a name for our team? Where does everybody hunt? And does everybody have a place to hunt?
Good luck to all teams, Pat

Yes i do belive so. And it sounds like you have your hunt locked up as far as where you are going I just hope it pans out for you. I' ll be hunting in northern Pa in Susquehanna county. I have been watching a few gooblers but one in particular. Hopefully I' ll have a year like 2 years ago. 11.5" 1.5 spurs we' ll see.

Just got back tonight from getting my hunting slip signed to turkey hunt. 250 acres of good ground in Oh. Should be able to take 2 birds this season. Last year only got one. It weight 19 1/2 and had a 10 1/2" beard. Spurs were 1 1/4. Team 9 looks good to me. April 28 is when season opens here. For a name what about TOMS R US. I know I know

I hunt in Sonora, Texas. Yea I have a place to hunt and we are covered in birds. It looks like I can' t start until April 5 though, as that is wneh our season opens. I have gotten a gobbler for 7 years running, and I' m just 15 so Hopefully I can help our team and continue my streak.

Team I need to tell you that my wife and I sufferd the trogic loss of my little hunting buddy on March13th at 1140pm. He was premature and ther was nothing they could do for him. He si going to be creamated so that I can tkae him on the hunt with me and then to be spread over my favorite hunting spot where I had hoped to hunt with down the road. I am sorry if this reply offends anyone but really had to tell a close group of turkey hunters as there is on this site. God bless all of you and please give your child a hug. Pat E;y
