The last few years its been an H.S. Strut Black Magic aluminum call w/ rosewood striker. Thats been the money call for me.

Well, not knowing in advance what the weather will be like (wet/dry), I' ll go with my Quaker Boy Aluminator with a carbon striker. Or maybe a M.A.D. Shipp Wreck mouth call. I' d have to flip a coin. [8D]

a little scratch box call,I' ev had for 30 years or so.want go in the woods without it. rain or shine.

i really like my box calls, but i used the lownsome hen call by knight and hale last year with great results, i called in a dozen or so birds with it.
