Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default New World Record Taken in North Carolina

New World Record Taken in North Carolina

When NWTF member Joe Fuller took a friend hunting near Pine Tops, N.C., he had no idea that he would break a record that had stood for 19 years by taking an eight-bearded bird that scored 195.5 through the NWTF"™s scoring system.

And here is a link to check on the records of all the other species.

That is the nicest bird I've ever seen. 8 beards and every one of them is long! Unreal! I would fall over backwards and spend the whole day looking at that bird and then drive straight down to Cally Morris's shop.

That's the stupidest WR, 8 beards is cool, I'm sure its old, big, spurs etc...a trophy, but scoring a turkey? A turkey slam is a more impressive feat IMO.
