There are plenty of places that provide Rio hunts in Kansas... one thing to realize is that a 19 pound Rio, is a big Rio...
Figure out where in the State your gonna go... It makes a huge difference.
If your DIY guy, Kansas has over 500,000 acres available to the public with a published atlas to these areas every year, and no one hunts it.
Eastern Kansas up to where route 77 splits the state has Hybrid/ easternturkeys, Western and south central has Full Rios.
This also helps when choosing an area as to some spots have 1 tag available, and some spots have 2-3 tags available.
Get an idea where you wanna hunt, then research available guys on google, but don't rely on any given outfitter to give you a deal on a big bird, ask around first.
