Default Turkey Taxedermy

My friend crazy jim and I want to shoot a video about turkey taxidermy for our hunting show...now, I've seen others mount the fans of the bird, and i've seen pictures of complete birds that have been mounted. Does anyone here have any stories about get this done? How did it look, how did it weather etc.

The way I mount fans is posted above! I have used one for the past 4 yrs in all typesof weather and it still looks great!
