So far I have great results with a Primos Jellyhead (out of my Moss. 835) shooting Winchester Supreme Double-X Magnums 3.5" 2 1/4 oz #5. I'll probably try Hevi-Shot next year butas far as right now, I think Winchester makes the best ammo and im having great results with it.

My friend has the 870 Super Magnum 3.5", he uses the Super Full Turkey Choke made by Remington and uses Winchester Supremes High Velocity, 2oz. #5s, he took a bird at 50 yards this season.

I was in the same boat as you, I was getting decent results with my Mossberg 835 with the Mossberg extra full choke tube with the same ammo as above, but I wanted something more. After weeks of researching, I purchased the Indian Creek Choke Tube, and HeviShot-13, 3.5", 2-1/4oz., #6. I haven't shot the combo yet, but I think I will get excellent results. This combo seems to beworking for everyone who uses it, regardless of the shotgun used

I just went with an Indian Creek BDS and Hevishot #6 (3.5" 2 1/4oz) out of my new 870 Supermag.
Used it to flatten this last minute of the season jake yesterday at 40 yards. Looked like he was hit with a baseball bat and only had one stray pellet hit his breast.
(I used the same combo earlier in the year to take another bird at 30 yards)

I think youll be fine Bullet Hole, as long as you keep it within 40 yards. I almost bought the Tightwad myself, but ended up choosing the Jellyhead and it ended up working awesome.

Ok...but id really like to have extended range for those hung up birds that just dont wanna come in those last few yards so id like to be able to raech out to 50 yards with a deadly enough pattern to kill a turkey....

what should i do if i want those kind of results?

Get yourself the Indian Creek choke tube for your shotgun, they have a web page where you can order it or even call the and ask questions, they are really nice people, with that go with the HeviShot-13, 3.5", 2-1/40z., #6
