Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Eastern Black Phase Turkey

Has anyone ever heard of an Eastern Black Phase Turkey. It is an eastern turkey with solid black wings instead of the white stripes on the wings. I understand that this is a very rare bird. Is this a genetic mix up or is this some sort of subspecies of the eastern? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
