Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Bird Down!

What a season we are having here in IL!

So far, we have been on 3 hunts, and have seen 53 turkeys and 17 deer. After having 6 longbeards inside of 60 yards on the first hunt, and NOT having the gun go off, today we put some meat on the ground.

My Uncle Brian's first bird. He MISSED at 40 yards this morning at 6:30, but smoked this dude at 9am today.

Our 2, 1 acre standing corn fields have become the hub of local turkey activity. That is where this dude was headed when Uncle B stopped him with a load of 3.5" 5's!

Thanks for the nice words everyone. Yes, it is an Eastern bird. His tail feathers are absolutely beautiful. Very light, and almost resemble a Rio!

Keep after 'em everyone!
