Default Turkeys Laying in PA

I got my first turkey egg yesterday from my wild eastern hen. the young jakes are gobbling all the time. i love to hear the sound thats why i got them. the hens should start setting pretty soon. i cant wait until next weekend.

My gobblers been hammering for a month now and my hen has been laying eggs for a month now. She actually just started setting monday. My other hen on the other hand just started layin a week ago. Guess it just all depends on the bird, and I'm guessing somewild birds may be laying and some not.

Some of my birds(in Iowa) have been laying everyday for about..........3 weeks. I am also getting a lot of ringneck eggs.
