Default POI

Is it reasonable to assume that if the POI is good shooting #4 lead, it would be the same for Hevi 13 #5s?..Or any other load for that matter?

No. Do not make that assumption. You will be surprised just how different they can be. Take the extra shots when sighting the gun in and get it exactly how you want it with the exact ammo you are going to shoot when out hunting! That is what I always do.
