How's the hunting in Texas this year?

I know Texas has been open a while, but I haven't heard any responses from any Texas hunters. I wish I had gone to Texas last week instead of Tennessee. The weather has been horrible there, and it's supposed to be cold this weekend pretty much through all next week. The gobblers were ice cold while I was there. I'm going back to Texas next year.

I hunted TX opening weekend with3 buddiesof mine. We killed4 nice rios,3 of which were bow kills.
