Default Hybrids

Just curious but; do turkeys interbreed? Like say oceolas and easterns range have to collide at somewhere; is it possible for them to have a hybrid?

Yes it is, but you do not see as much of it here in Florida as in say the midwest, due to the population, housing, etc. But it does happen.

We have amajority of eastern/rio hybrids here due to the line at which the two species intercept

Rios flurrished in CA but we also have alot of merriams to, one of the places i hunt we think hold the hybrid of the two
