Default Alabama Turkey Hunt Success!

We just got home from lower AL. turkey hunting. We had a great time. The birds werehenned up and didn't gobble good on the ground. The wind blew 20 mphalmost every day we were there. We did manage to go 3 for 4 on birds. I took a jake it was the first one I took in over 10 years. I wanted to bring some meat home from AL. I want to saythe peoplein Alabama are the nicest bunch of people I've ever met.Everyone went out of thier way to help us.This was a public land hunt.

You went ahead and showed the pics... I thought you weren't even going to tell everybody about your monster jake! Congrats to you and your friends, bowtek. Maybe I can actually meet you next year! I recognize the place in the road where the third picture is taken. Was the second picture taken on top of the hill at Area 3?

Congrats and "come on back now, ya hear!"

Awesome Bow tek. Nevermind the message I sent about the pics. I sent it before I saw this post. Anything I can do for you in the future, let me know. I'm proud for you and your party!
