RE: What is your Favorite Box CALL ?
I'm not sure how many boxes I have, probably from 15 to 20...
I have a few custom boxes, and one of my favorites is a walnut/butternut box by Bob Harwell... Bob worked with the famous box call maker Neil Cost and learned his craft from him...
Still, the one that I pull out of my vest MOST often, and seldom go hunting without, is a 40 year old Lynch Foolproof that I bought in a little sports shop in Corning , NY, years ago..
The guy who owned the store had about a dozen Lynch boxes and he let me open all of the boxes ( that was BEFORE blister packs) and try all of the calls to see which one I liked the best... It cost $17....
