If its like Iowa which it sounds like it is. You go to your courthouse or maybe a sportinggoods store that sells liscenses and buy one. The only reason they wouldnt have any is if there was a quota so get in there quick if you want one.

Martin 4, the Minnesota lottery has already been completed. Right around the end of Deer season is when you apply for the following spring and the deadline this year was December 7th. The archery only season is over the counter as TeeJay mentioned and isvalid for the last two time periods only of any permit area with 50 or more permits per time period. The dates for the archery turkey license for 2008 will be May 16- May 29.
