awesome bird!!

whats that? a 25yd shot from the back deck???

will you be hunting him in the woods or just feeding them?? just wondering...i got turkeys and deer that live in the woods behind my new house....if dad didnt hunt back there, i would feed them just to watch them from the sliding glass doors...its a decint sized tract of woods and hunted pretty dang hard or i would hunt back there more seriously...i will leave it to dad for somewhere to hunt before or after work when hes bored...did kill my first turkey back there though...we lived on a different road by 2 blocks away from the same set of woods...one neighbor was thrilled to see a dead turkey..said they wake her up every morning...the rest kinda looked at me oddly as i totted a 12ga and a turkey down the street

LONGBEARD:: They come from the woods to the right of the camera, its about 300 yards away. Here is what happens every year, they group up and feed in the fields &(yard) then about March they will seperate and go seperate ways and will start strutting about 1000 yards behind the house, thats where i go and find them. I like to earn them on there own terms Right now its just for watching pleasure. The top left window on the house was me and two sons looking out the window watching this as the camera went off. Ill take the feeder down around the first of March.

MAUSER:: its about 40 yards from the back door Max. yes ill be hunting them in April. Its just fun watching them upclose.

Thanks everyone!!
