Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Nice! Me and a friend went out to locate some tureys last season and he had a peackock screamer and I didn't think it would work, he blew it and three gobblers gobbled. I will be buying a screaming hawk call or something like that this year.

I recently bought the Bucklick Creek High Back Turkey Lounger vest. I'm so exited about using it this spring. Heck, I watched the second half of the superbowl while sitting on the floor, yes, it's that comfortable.

As for calls, I'm set with them.

Picked up some cheap stuff from Wing Supply a couple weeks ago, headnet, gloves, etc. I plan on getting an Osage Orange slate call from Harrison Game Calls, and maybe Ron Clough's new &quot;Natural&quot; glass call from Midwest. Ron is really a callmaking genius. That thing looks awesome, I've been looking for a call made from Chestnut, think this is probably the one.

Speaking of Close Calls, does anybody know what happened to their website?

In the off-season, I picked up a Cane Creek slate and a Cane Creek glass call (Christmas), another decoy and a custom box call.
I'm still planning on getting some quality rain gear and a couple of camo shirts to replace some faded ones. In my never-ending pursuit of the perfect mouth call, I'm always on the prowl for another one or two.<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
