Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Drowned Turkey

My brother shot a nice Tom this spring. When he shot it, it flipped into the river. When it went in, it was still flopping. We don't know if the #4 killed it, or of it drowned. We found a piece of bargwire, made a noose, and drug the bird up the steep river bank. When got the tail feathers back from the taximermist(my uncle), he wrote on the plaque "Drowned 2007." I just thought I would tell this funny story.

I've seen turkeys swimming around before so I guess they really could drown

A swimming turkey! Now I've seen everything! I wonder if a regular waterfowl stamp will work for that one?
