Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Taking a trip for Osceola's next spring....

And was wondering if anyone had some private land that they'd "lease" for a few days. If you do, or know of anyone that would, please let me know. There will be a maximum of 4 (experienced) hunters coming down and we'll gladly pay for the use of the land if it fits our needs.Regards, Simp

It's more than likely going to be public land for me next spring. I've done a ton of research on a couple of places that seem promising but I thought I'd ask around and see if someone had some land and didn't mind making some nice money for the week. The more I think about it, the better the hunt will be if I bag one on public land!

I flat out refuse to pay someone $2000+ just to kill one bird that they've seemingly tied to a pole. Ain't happenin'!

just be careful....some of the w.m.a.'s down here are not open to the public the first 9 days of hunting, they are quota permits only...if you go to my fwc.com, go to the hunting section , you should be able to find out what you'll need and find out about the area you plan to hunt....that would be horrible, for y'all to come down and not be able to hunt because you dont have a permit for the area you chose...remember to go south of Gainsville too...Osceola county has some nice hunting.
here the link to the fwc website....
