Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default first turkey question

Anyone help with some cool mounting ideas for a first turkey? 10 inch beard with 1 1/2 spurs. I have the spurs, fan, beard, and shell. Am looking for ideas hopefully with pics. Thanks.

Default RE: first turkey question

Sure do - this is what I did

Fan mounted - Wings made into a wingbone call - spurs added to the call - beard inserted in to shell casing used.

Actually this bird had a broken wing at one point in his life. Is why the mouthpiece is bent.

Now I have seen other ideas that are neat!

This is just one I did with one bird I shot.
