Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Private turkey guide??

Hey guys, hope all is well....I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a taking me hunting this coming fall or spring...I am not sure how to explain it other than like a private guided hunt...I am broke college student so you all can imagine going on an actual hunt with an outfitter would be a little saltly on my wallet thats why I believe maybe finding someone to privately take me out would be cheaper. I am not sure if anyone is interested or know anyone that would be interested? I am from Indiana and would like to hunt somewhere remotely close (IN, OH, IL, KY, TN) because of the gas prices. Just anything to get me outside, see new areas, make new friends, and get a bird. I am looking for someone that could take me to private or public land they know very well for a few days and put me on a bird for sure. I don't want anyone to think I am begging someone to help me kill a bird for free because that is not the case, there would be a decent amount of money involved. I am just looking for a cheaper alternative to hunting different areas of the country and being successful while making new hunting buddies.

Dude, I know how you feel. Just keep my information and when that time comes around I'd gladly come to Indiana and take you. If all fails, you could drive to Ohio and try it here. I called up 4 birds for friends and killed 13 myself. Of those 13, 4 turks were killed around Ohio, so I had a little luck. Take care and good luck with school.
