Default Best arrow head for turkey hunting?

I am new to bowhunting and right now all I have to use is SGH 100 Grain broadheads. Are these good for turkeys as well as squirrels, rabbits, etc? Or is there a better arrow head that you can recommend?

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Those are for small game and stump shooting only, UNLESS, and that is a BIG UNLESS, you shoot a turkey in the head and then they will work. You'd be much better off buying some good mech. heads thathave a cut width of 1.5" or 2" and shoot for the boiler room.
The guillotines are good as well, but again, they are for head/neck shots only, but they have a 4" cut, compared to that little 5/8" head that you're looking at.

Thank you, Howler. Can you post a link to a particular brand or site that would be what you recommended? I appreciate the feedback.

There's lots to choose from. Spitfire, Rocket, wasp to name a few.

You probably will get a lot of differant opinions on this and get told that it's pretty much a personal (what you like) thing and that's true. It was suggested to me to go with Rocky Mount "Snypers" (which I did) and I heard good things about them for Deer also if you want a Mech for that as well. Good luck shopping.

The bird I shot last week with Rocket Hammerheads looked like he jumped on a grenade to save his buddies. It did the trick. Only fall back is those heads are not made to last. They are a single use item as far as I can tell. My good friends who use them as well verified my suspicions. Expensive, but dang sure effective.

The most desirable b-head for turkey hunting is a super accurate large cutting mech! Firstly, they fly exactly like fieldpoints and secondly they make a devastating wound chanel to put these super tough birds down! My favs and the models that I've had the best results with are the Rocket Hammerhead 100, Rocket Slammerhead 90 and Rocket Steelhead 125! You've got to check these exceptional b-heads out!
