Much Better weekend

I had a much better weekend then last. Last weekend the birds would only gobble twice on the roost and then not another sound once they hit the ground no matter what I did. On Saturday I heard about 5 more gobbles on the roost but still nothing once he flew down. On Sunday I wasent going to go out because it was supposed to be windy but I got up and got out by 3am and just min after walking in the woods I was able to get a bird to gobble with my owl call (this is the first time ive had luck using an owl call so thanks to all who told me how to use it) With the owl call I was able to keep him gobbling so that I could get close to him. Once I got close I clucked a few times so that he knew where I was and he gobbled. We called back a fourth a few times and he flew down. I called maybe three more times and stopped. He was going crazy and in no more that 20 min he was flopping around 27 yards in front of me. He has a 10 inch beard two 1 1/8 inch spurs and weighs 20lbs 4oz. I shot him at about 5:45 am and it wasent windy like the weather man said it was supposed to be
