Default One Stubbern Turkey

Weally l i got to my blind about 4:30am and waited about a half hour and then the gobbling started. These to toms were all fired up they flew down about 5:45 and were walking back and forth several times. Then they finally walked into the field about 6:00 then they decided to walk along the pine trees acrossed the field about 50yrds but i didnt feel comfortable shooting that far. So they kept walking back and forth along the woods and finally they started to get bored so they walked about 5 yrds closer and then i decided to takee the shot it was about 47 yards. My mom ws down a little bit from me ad shot hers on a dead run about 52yrds away. The missing tail feathers on mine were like that when he came in along with the other one. They had been shot at by the neighbors early this spring. Mine weighed 24.4lbs and 10 3/4 in beard and 1in spurs. Hers weighed 19.7lbs 11 1/4 in beard 1 1/8 spurs.
