Got this one @ 10:10 in the morning. I work 3rd shift and was in the woods @ 9:55. One of the quickest hunts I have had. Fired him up on a crow call. Set up and started to call, and fired up a hen. She came in to about 15 yards and never shut up. Hard to beat the real thing. He followed her in and I shot him @ 22 yards. He had a 9 in beard, 1 inch spurs and weighed 21 lbs. Shot him in Chautauqua Co.

Went out today, and didn't get anything going until 11:35. Worked those birds in to 75 yards but never saw them. They did have hens witht them, but it is funny that this year the bulk of the gobbling I have heard has been after 11:00. In NY we have to quit at noon. I did get video though. Wish we could of got one, but we have a while yet.
