Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Opening morning gobbler.........

Opening morning here in NY. Set up on cut corn field..... heard 6 gobbles to the owl hoot. 3 toms came out and feed off out of range, let two jakes walk by at about 20 yrds. Got up and walked a ways into the woods, yelped on the mouth call and one gobbled just 50 yrds away. Kept calling and he came in hot..... **** him at 25yrds. 21lbs, 3/4 inch spurs and a 9 inch beard. Not the biggest bird, but a great opening morning trophy.
