Default I WANT YOUR RECIPIES!!

Hi everyone..... turkey season here in NY is about to start, and I would absolutely love to hear all of your favorite turkey recipies, so I can try them on some turkeys I take this spring (hopefully). Thanks so much, can't wait to try them!

the hen i shot this fall i cooked whole in a crock pot after skinning. threw in a couple sliced onions and about 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce and let cook on low over night...not sure how long...grandma was in charge of that...and added more BBQ sauce later..about 1/4 bottle more...

turned out like pulled pork BBQ sandwhich meat if you know what i mean...i ate some on a plate and most of it on sandwhiches....

deep fried always works...if you dont have a full turkey cooker ive cut the breast into strips and batter them and deep fry that way...

oven roasted you gotta be careful...use a bag and keep it moist...wild bird will dry out quick...and most guys skin them(lot easier than plucking them) so that dont help...
