Anybody use these shells? How do you like them? I shot one of the Hevi- Shot 4-5-7 at 40yds and it was very impressive. At $6 per shell it should be! I could not find a search to look for previous post on this subject so if this is a common question then I apologize.

i've used them and yes they are very impresive. they are a little expensive but they are worth the money. i was intoduced to them just this year. I know what i am about to say alot of people won't believe but i killed my second bird this year with the 4-5-7 shot in 3 1/2. at 63 yards. i did pattern my gun before the shot and had a very good group at 50 yards. didn't know the bird was that far when i shot it, but it did turn out that way. i bought a box of 10 and and shot one at 50 yard target and shot bird with one. i have 8 left. and i am plannin on killin 8 more birds with them.

I have used them for quite some time now in all three of my guns.. 10 ga NEF, 870 12 ga, and 870 20 ga and they are the best I have shot. Don't know about other custom ammo companies but Ray and Sandy sell a great product. Yes, they are expensive but they sure work.

I use them and it cut down on my testing other shells and patterning expenses.
