Default turkey crop

can anybody tell meif theyknow if the turkeypopulationis a good one this year arond emmience, bunker,little blair creek, doerun minning company!!!

bootheelbandit, according to the MDC the last two years have been poor hatches. I personally don't put a lot of stock in that as it can be a regionalthing. I think the Mark Twain Nat'l Forest areas down your way should have tons of birds. The last 3 weeks I've seen lots of toms out in fields with hens in north Missouri and the Truman Lake area. Go get a biggun !

Up here in Iowa I have maybe seen 5 jakes out of 120+ birds... doesnt say much for previous hatches. However there are a TON of hens. Like I said 120+ turkeys is a heck of a lot!
