Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Triple Beard in MS

Took a day off work yesterday to hunt with a friend of mine and managed to kill this bird. Of course he had gotten tired of walking after our first two stops so I had dropped him off and stopped by one more place on my way home. Took me 10 minutes from this turkeys first gobble until I shot him. Got to watch him strut down a logging road for 150 yards. Half of that time he was actually in a dead run at Full strut. Hevi-13 #6's at 40 yards sealed the deal. He weighed 21.6 lbs (fish scales) and had 1 1/8" spurs and 3 beards (12", 7.5", 5.5")
