Yummy! Fresh turkey breast. Marinated in italian dressing all day, sliced and grilled! I love this hunting thing!

I'll be right over !!! I like to marinate in Italian dressing for both turkey breast and deer steaks. I'v got 13 more days before I can eat good. Congrats on the bird.

nice!! i never tried grilling them...may have to try that. i usually deep fry whole birds when i have people to eat...or i cut the breast into strips and batter them with egg and italian bread crumbs and deep fry them...or..my last bird i did in a crock pot over night. with it i put in BBQ sauce and sliced up a couple onions...man did that turn out good. turned out like pulled BBQ pork...meat fell right off the bones and alot of it turned out like pulled pork or beef. i made sandwhiches with it. it was gooood.

Looks good Journeymen! Where did you get that bird?

I like to use a mixture of Italian dressing and Terriakyi sauce. I know its mixing two different countries together but it tastes good. Also try a little of that crushed garlice that you buy in a jar to add some zip!
