I have was wondering if you could give me some help. I live in the north west and it has been cold and we are getting some snow but melts very quickly now. Opening weekend starts next weekend and with it being cool how are the chances in getting a bird. I do think they are in smaller groups now and is there any tips for this kind of weather and this early season succcess. I know I'm going hunting know mater what I hope knowone says stay home. Thanks
Have patience and do whatever you can to get a bird. How are they reacting to the weather?

Birds are kinda still bunched up but have seen some toms togather. We had some very nice warm days even one in the 80's but now it has cooled off. I'm just not sure if they willl come to the call yet.
