Default Friend's first

Hey gobbler afflicted!
Last weekend I put my friend on his first bird. He was really proud and said he couldn't wait for next year'sspring season. I haven't filld a tag yet, but it was a sucessful hunt for both of us. Here's a picturefrom near where he shot the bird. It was way high up Mauna Keabetween 8-9k ft.(we walked up on several covery of chukars up there. I might try toget a few of them this fall)

Congrats on getting one for your friend Joe. I understand completely, I sometimes get more satisfaction out of calling in birds for clients or friends. Although I am excited about my upcoming hunt in Fl, Apr 2. Hope to get one for the team.
