Default Before & After Pix

These are before and after pix of my first gobbler taken last spring (2006) in Jackson County, AL. Stats: 21 pounds, 10" beard, 1 inch spurs.

After (DIY Plaque) - 2 pix:







Can't wait to start chasin' them again next week! Hopefully can bag bird #2....#3....etc.

I really like that plaque, as well. Very nicely done.

do you not have the beard. i thought the beard goes where your pic is. mount still looks awesome i like how they engraved that.

Look at the first pic again,the beard is hanging from the bottom.

Nice mount, I started cutting off the spurs and mounting them too. I drive a small nail into front of the board and then cut off the head of the nail then shove the spur on it with a little super glue. Makes for a nice mount and shows off the spurs.
