When I first started, I got very basic calls and I could never get them to sound right. I bought the Primos A frame triple with the bat cut, and now that's all I ever use. It seems hard, but it's really not. Primos also sells a pack with a "Speak the Language" cd in it. I keep that in my car, and when noone is with me I call every chance I get. Don't get discouraged. Once you get confident you'll be set.

Don't think there's any mouth calls that clam to be the easyest to use , once you get use to having it in your mouth without gagging.
There all good doesn't matter if it from Quaker Boy , Primo's , Mad , or H.S.Strut they all havemultiple reeds and diffrent size's.
Maybe you start off with a small size that will be easy to fit in your mouth and then work your way up from there.

I like Quaker Boy calls but there are plenty out there. When you buy one, I would just place it in your mouth to get used to the feeling. Then practice a lot.

First,I would start with a single reed mouth call. Now is your time to see what companies you prefer. Follow the directions and lots and lots ofpractice. You have a few months to get ready for the spring.

Good Luck!!!!!!
