Nebraska Public land Merriam pics

These are the two Merriams I took on public land in Nebraska. Called in one for my brother the first morning (8 3/4"), Shot my 1st that evening (10 1/2"), and took my second the next morning (9 1/2") and didn't know what to do for the next 3 days! Saw 100's of birds!

What time of year were you out there? next time bring your .223 and a predator call and shoot some coyotes.Way to go looks like you had fun

Nice birds. Merriams are such pretty birds and always make nice pictures.
