On the nwtf website I found this thing called jakes were you get four magazines, a decal, a membership and a chance to win a hunt of a lifetime for $5.00. But Im canadian. Would they send out the membership and stuff if I'm canadian? I know I wouldn't go to there fun days but I wouldn't really want to.

I'm a little confused as to what you mean here. You as a Canadian can join any Jakes program if you the correct age. There is a chapter not far away from you that would sign you up and you would get the mags and things offered. Carlton Place has a chapter of the NWTF and the interest in the area is climbing every year. If you go to the Carp Spring show you will find a lot of interest in turkey hunting. Calls, equipment, Seminars all kinds of things at this show...
Yes mallard if you are between the age of 1-17 you can join the jakes part of the nwtf. If you are older though you have to join the adult part of it. I am a commitee member of the nwtf chapter in Carlton Place and our membership person could help you. The contacts are on a website at www.nwtf.ca
A JAKES membership is an awesome program for all Youth hunters. All 3 of my Kids have been members for years.

A full normal membership is better IMO, you get Turkey Call mag, its worth the fee by itself!
