Scope mount for rem 11-87

In deference to my aging eyes, I've finally decided to put an optical sight on my turkey gun...I'll probably go with a red dot type, but might also considera Holosite or low powered scope..

I've never liked the saddle type mounts that attach with the reciever pins..They are too high for my liking...I also would rather not have the gun drilled and tapped for a Weaver style base..

A friend of mine several years ago bought a cantilever plate that attached to his rib and extended quite low back over the reciever..I'd like to get one like it, but I have not seen any advertised anywhere..

Anyone know where I can get one..??...

I bought an extra cantelever barrel for my 11-87 and now I have two guns in one!

My Nikon Monarch scope is mounted to that - all I need to do is remove the barrel - put my other barrel on and I have a Big water Duck gun.

That's what I plan to do..I'll put the cantilever on my 21 " turkey barrel and leave my 28" VR barrel plain for duck and goose hunting..

I found one, BTW...Made by B-Square..It's on order and should arrive any day...Next I'll have to decide what sight to put on it..
