Default Looking to deep~fry my bird....

This year I am thinking about deep-frying my turkey breast. In the past I have just cooked them on the griddle or oven. Last year I made turkey jerky.

Does anyone have any good marianades (I hope I spelled that correct)they use or any good reciepes or secrets they could pass on for perparing it.

Thanks

Anything you like ,just avoid the sweet ones. I used a sweet chipotle pear marinade glaze from costco and the sugar burned on the bottom of the pot, was a bear to clean, ruins the oil quiker but the turkey tasted great!

I avoid anything but brining. If you must marinade, inject it into the bird.

I agree with LeverMan
Use an injector to marinade your bird
My personel choice is a worcestershire with a hint of garlic.
Some people might think that's kinda strange but try it you might like it.
