Default Smart Old Bird

There is a feild i hunted that the road goes by,People stop and call to the Bird's in the feild,(Making them call shy)befor season.
Well I hunted Saturday and parked the truck 1/4 mile away,Well the bird's still must have Keyed on it.They Gobbled but Didn't come out of the woods.
So Sunday night I had someone drop me off,I went out to the area the bird's frequent in the afternoon,I set up the decoy's and did a little calling,Not much,Well they came out but stayed away from the decoy.
They moved down the feild out of site,So I said to myself OK I went out and took the decoy down and did'nt make a sound fifteen minuet's later a hen strolled by 10 feet from my spot.Good sign
1/2 hour later here come the tom's and hen's headed back to their favorite spot.
so I leveled off on the big boy a let the twelve gauge bark.
The bird had a 10&1/4 inch Beard
The spur's were 1 inch and 1&1/8 inch
The Bird weighed 21lbs 2oz
That is the biggest Bird I've taken to date
